The Ministry of Internal Affairs, respectively the Civil Registration Agency notifies the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that it has managed to provide the material for ID cards regardless of the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic that not only Kosovo but the whole world is facing.

Based on the recommendations of the NIPH and the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, MIA has organized the relevant institution to provide citizens with ID cards within two weeks, considering that after this period, we will go back to the normality of equipping citizens with this type of document.

Also, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announces that the allocation of ID cards in the respective centres has already commenced for the pending cases.
