Minister of Internal Affairs Mr Xhelal Sveçla met with the representatives of the Alliance of Kosovar Businesses, represented by Mr Agim Shahini, and the representative of the Association of Albanian Restaurants and Inns, Mr Memory Dervish. The meeting took place in the presence of the management of the Kosovo Police and the Emergency Management Agency, as well as representatives of two unions and of certain Albanian businesses. On this occasion, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed through which the members of the Kosovo Police and Firefighters will benefit from discounts on hotel services, restaurants and hostels of ShRBSh member businesses in the Republic of Albania.

Minister Sveçla expressed his gratitude for the continuation of this initiative by the businesses of the Republic of Kosovo in those of the Republic of Albania. He encouraged the Kosovar Business Alliance to explore the possibility of extending these benefits to members of the Police and Firefighters of Albania as well.

Minister Sveçla thanked Albanian businesses for their readiness and cooperation in this initiative.
