In order to obtain a temporary residence permit, citizens of Albania must meet the following conditions:

1. Valid travel document;

2. The correct address of residence in the territory of the other party, certified by a relevant document (lease contract, or certificate of ownership, or notary declaration).

The following documents must be completed for temporary stay for the purpose of:

a. Family reunification;

b. Study motives;

c. Employment motives;

d. Scientific research;

e. Autonomous stay;

f. Other reasons determined according to the legislation in force.

Temporary residence permits for citizens of Albania, according to this Agreement, is granted with a validity period of five years.
