In a virtual ceremony, the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed today between the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration (KIPA) and the School of Management and Public Administration (SPMA) of the University of Pretoria in South Africa.

Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mr. Bardhyl Dobra, Director of KIPA, Mrs. Lule Isufi, Director of SPMA, Mrs. Gerda Van Dijk, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, Mr. Theuns Steyn, were participants of this ceremony.

This cooperation will provide a general framework for KIPA and SPMA to promote joint activities and training programs, to build communities of practice in the field of public administration, governance and capacity building, among others by directing joint activities in benefit of civil servants from both countries.
