The Civil Registration Agency within the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that some DSC officials tested positive for COVID-19 in the Document Supply Center in Prishtina, after the test results were released.   

Due to the risk of the spread of COVID-19, it was decided that the Document Supply Center in Prishtina, limit the provision of services for citizens, providing only essential services.

Until the completion of the testing process of the staff of this Center, all application services for document supply can be done through the Document Supply Centers in the Region of Prishtina (Podujeva, Gracanica, Fushë Kosovë, Obiliq, Lipjan, Drenas) or in other nearest Centers in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

Only the withdrawal of ready documents and the application of urgent cases can be done in DSC in Prishtina.
