The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public Administration wants to inform the citizens that Acting Minister Xhelal Sveçla has signed the decision to postpone until 30 June 2020 the deadline for submission of reports on financial and activity reporting for NGOs with public benefit status, defined in paragraph 1 of Article 38 of the Law No. 06/L-043 on Freedom of Association in Non-Governmental Organizations.
This decision was taken based on Articles 10 and 11 of the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the State Administration and Independent Agencies, Article 8 of the Regulation on the Areas of Administrative Responsibility of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministries, and based on point 9 of the Government Decision No. 01/09.
The decision enters into force on the day of its signature.
