Dear citizens,

We inform you that based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo no. 01/170, all of you who are equipped with number plates "PR", "KM", "PZ", "GL", "UR", "PE", "DA" or "ĐA", from June 10, 1999 until April 21, 2022, can register with RKS number plates from November 1, 2023 to December 1, 2023.

In all Vehicle Registration Centers, you will be able to use the facilities for vehicle registration from illegal number plates to RKS number plates, until December 1, 2023, including: customs tax, administrative tax at the Registration Center of vehicles, the tax for number plates and the tax for issuing the certificate for vehicle registration.

You can register your motor vehicles at any registration center, regardless of your domicile or residence. We invite all our citizens, who own vehicles equipped with illegal number plates "PR", "KM", "PZ", "GL", "UR", "PE", "DA" or "ĐA", to register their vehicles with RKS number plates so that we can successfully complete this process together.
