The duties and responsibilities of the Strategy Monitoring Division shall be as follows:

1. Collects information and data from other institutions on the implementation of strategic documents under the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as analyzes and assesses such information; 

2. Provides administrative and technical services for inter-institutional strategy groups;

3. Prepares analytical reports for the National Coordinator;

4. Monitors and reports on the implementation of activities deriving from the action plans of the strategies;

5. Reports to the international organization GRETA and contributes to the TIP report;

6. Proposes amendments and improvements to strategy systems and mechanisms through the National Coordinator;

7. Advises the National Coordinator on the steps that should be undertaken toward the implementation of strategies;

8. Upon request of the National Coordinator, prepares periodic meetings of inter-institutional groups for the implementation of strategies;

9. Conducts periodic analyses on the progress of implementation of the action plans of all national strategies under the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and formulates recommendations for amendments;

10. Performs other duties as defined by the applicable legislation.
