In order to supply passports and driver's licenses to those who are waiting as well as new applications, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, namely the Civil Registration Agency, will work with full daily production capacity and the commitment of staff even outside the hours regular work.

We inform you that the citizens who applied in September and October and the urgent ones, have already been provided with documents, while all those citizens who are waiting will continue to be provided with personal documents according to the order, respectively the earliest date of the application.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs thanks all the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo for the understanding and patience shown during these months.
