NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRACION OF APLIKANTS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS

1. Valid Passport.
2. Document of the family relations (Marriage certificate,birth certificate,child to be registered in the parents passports
3. Any identification document of their family member who lives in Kosovo (Passport,ID card or if foreign citizen ID card for foreigners).
4. Certificates that is not convicted in a country with his residence.
5. Consent of parent of custodian (for 18 years,if other parent of custodian are not in Republic of Kosovo).
6. Certificates for the financial expenditure to live.
7. Health insurance.
8. Confirmation of stay and/or residenc in the Republic of Kosovo.
9. Taxability certificate having come from an area where there is an epidemicof transmittable disease.
