Permanent residence permit

PERMANENT RESIDENCE

  1. Must have ( 5 ) years uninterrupted temporary residence;
  2. Has three ( 3 ) years of marriage with the citizen of the Republic of Kosovo or foreigner with permanent residence permit;
  3. To Juvenile person with temporary residence in Republic of Kosovo is allowed permanent residence if one of parents is a foreigner with permanent residence permit and with the consent of the other parent;
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT
  1. Valid Passport;
  2. Certificate that is not convicted from Kosovo Republic Court;
  3. Evidence on Marriage Relationship;
  4. Certificate that is not under investigation from Kosovo Republic;
  5. Evidence on financial means for living;
  6. Health Insurance;
  7. Evidence on provided housing;
  8. Certificate on tax not older than three months. (This document is issued by Kosovo Tax Administration-in regional offices)

Taxes for permanent residence permit are:
Employment purposes 100 Euro
For Family Unification 70 Euro
For loss-damage 10 Euro
