A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed today between the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo and Mr. Bardhyl Dobra, the Director of the Kosovo Institute for Public Administration, Mrs. Lule Isufi, on one hand, and the Director of the Specialized Francophone Institute for Administration and Management, Mr. Nicolas Mainetti, on the other hand.

The signatories agreed to promote joint activities and training programs aimed at building practical communities in the field of public administration, governance and capacity building. One of the first activities of this cooperation will be the active participation of the EFSAM School in the public administration conference “KosovaPAR2024” as part of a francophone panel.

This memorandum marks a compromise to promote continuous cooperation between the two institutions and to benefit from each other's experiences and expertise in the field of public administration, governance and capacity building.
